Do as suicidetwinkie told you, for 2 persons you should use like 3 eggs an 6 big spoons of flour. Add as much milk as u think is best. I dont use baking powder but thag is up to you. Without baking powder u have more of an european style pancake, with baking powder they get fluffier like in america
